M&A deal trends in the hospitality and leisure have typically mirrored the overall domestic economy, but with the upcoming Baby Boomers expected to retire soon (as well as transfer an estimated $10 trillion in wealth to the next generation), the industry might receive a burst of momentum for the next few years.
