Bill brings an extensive background in business operations and general management to Orion. His experience spans executive management at Hewlett-Packard, AT&T Wireless and Xerox to the successful formation of several software and manufacturing startups. Bill’s functional expertise is in marketing and sales where he has demonstrated success in commercializing technology for mass markets.

Bill has participated in a number of business transactions both on the buy and sell-side. Most recently, while serving as Managing Director of a medical laser company he played a key role in completing the sale of the business including identifying interested buyers, defining valuation and evaluating terms of the sale for the ownership. He holds an MBA from Western Michigan University and a BS from Valparaiso University.
